Why we feel the lenses is a bit thicker than i expected?There are many factors effect the lenses thickness.(1). Prescription. the sph and cyl are higher, then the lenses will be thicker.(2). Lenses Index. Index is lower, the lenses is thicker.(3). Frame Size. Frame is bigger, the lenses is thicker.(4). PD (pupil distance). if the PD is different as Glasses Frame distance, then lenses will be moved , the more difference, the thicker of lenses.6. Can i return the lenses ?Because the lenses is customised according with buyer prescription, so we do not accept return lenses without any quality problem.7. Quality Assurance We will test every lenses before shipment, so normally no mistake.if you feel it's wrong prescription, then please test the lenses in your opitcal shop, and send us test picture. or you return the glasses by post and we will test it again and send you test picture.we will make new lenses for you, or refund you lenses cost if confirmed it's our mistake (return shipping cost will also be refund).Thank you.
